The 2UUL DA07 (Pressy) mini thermal pressing station is a professional-grade precision tool designed to finalise delicate bonding operations on smartphones and tablets. It addresses a major issue in B2B repair workshops: ensuring uniform pressure and constant heat when replacing rear camera lenses, positioning FPC flex cables or regluing frames and display components. Workshop Advice & Usage

For optimal results, let the station preheat for 2 minutes before application so that the silicone sole reaches its peak temperature. When replacing a camera lens, position the station directly on the freshly glued component and leave for 3 to 5 minutes. Please note that the 2UUL DA07 is powered exclusively by its supplied 24V / 2A mains adapter and does not have a USB-C port. The device incorporates a voltage management chip: in the event of electrical network instability or fluctuation (high or low voltage), the automatic protection triggers and cuts off the station. If this blockage occurs on your network, temporarily connect the station to a 3A power supply to reset the safety chip, the product will then resume normal operation with its original unit.
