As this is a refurbished component, please warn your business customers about the physical specifics of the 68+ model: in the 6-cell (48Wh) version rather than the ultra-flat 3-cell (24Wh) version, the casing has a more pronounced profile on the underside. Once clipped in, the battery raises the back of the ThinkPad by approximately 1.5 to 2 cm. This inclination offers improved ergonomic typing comfort and promotes thermal dissipation under the chassis, but changes the flat profile of the computer. During initial workshop commissioning, carry out a complete calibration cycle: charge the refurbished accumulator to 100% with mains power, then let it discharge gradually to 10-15% before performing a full uninterrupted recharge.
