The Green Cell 4400 mAh internal replacement battery (part numbers TT03XL / 933322-855 / 932823-1C1) is a refurbished spare part specially selected for the reconditioning, maintenance and renovation of 15.6-inch HP EliteBook professional laptops (755 G5, 850 G5, 850 G6) as well as HP ZBook 15u G5 and ZBook 15u G6 mobile workstations. This configuration provides a perfectly regulated electrical power supply to the high-performance components of the motherboard and supports up to 500 complete charge and discharge cycles. The whole is controlled by an intelligent electronic management circuit (BMS - Battery Management System) responsible for the continuous control of the charging current. This controller protects the component and the computer against overvoltages, deep discharges, short circuits as well as risks of thermal runaway during intensive use.

The ultra-flat external casing is moulded in a heat-resistant high-density insulating polymer, rigorously adapted to the internal footprint of 15.6-inch HP unibody chassis. Integration takes place directly under the lower shell of the device and interfaces with the motherboard by means of a flat secure ribbon connector. The location of the metal fixing eyelets faithfully respects the original assembly points to guarantee a rigid fixing, avoiding any mechanical play or deformation under the palm rest and numeric keypad.

Workshop Tip & Usage

Before replacing the battery on an EliteBook 850 or ZBook 15u, scrupulously confirm the screen diagonal and the exact reference removed from the client PC: the TT03XL battery is reserved for 15.6-inch G5/G6 chassis. It does not fit 14-inch models (EliteBook 840 G5/G6 using the SS03XL reference), nor previous G3/G4 generations (using CS03XL). When dismantling the lower shell, turn off the computer and unplug the AC charger. Imperatively disconnect the connection ribbon of the used battery using a plastic spatula (spudger) without exerting stress on the motherboard connector. During initial workshop commissioning, the Workshop advises carrying out a complete calibration cycle: charge the refurbished battery to 100% under mains voltage, then let the device discharge gradually to around 10-15% before performing an uninterrupted recharge.
