Workshop Advice & Usage

Explain to your end customers that the maximum charging speed (20W via USB-C or 22.5W via USB-A) is delivered when the power bank is charging a single device at a time. When two devices are plugged in simultaneously to the USB-C and USB-A ports, the controller automatically switches to safety mode and shares the overall power to a maximum of 15 Watts (5V/3A) across all outputs.
