Description

The MaAnt YL01 desktop fume absorber is personal protective and air purification equipment specially developed for mobile repair workshops, BGA micro-soldering laboratories, and refurbishing centers. During tinning, underfill resin stripping, or soldering electronic chips with a soldering iron, colophony fluxes release irritating and toxic vapors for the technician. The MaAnt YL01 directly meets occupational health prevention standards by sucking and filtering these volatile emissions directly at the source of combustion.

In terms of engineering, the device integrates a high-performance sealed-bearing axial fan, capable of generating a constant laminar air flow ensuring the immediate capture of the smoke column without disturbing the thermal field of the iron tip or the hot air nozzle. Polluted air is immediately forced through a high-density activated carbon foam filter cartridge. This porous material traps volatile organic compounds (VOCs), micro-dust, and odor molecules by adsorption. Workshop Tip & Usage

To maximize toxic flux capture efficiency, position the MaAnt YL01 between 5 cm and a maximum of 15 cm from the impact point of the soldering iron, ideally oriented in the natural direction of smoke movement. Make sure to connect the device to a stabilized USB power source (5V / 1A minimum) to prevent any slowing down of the fan rotation speed. As part of intensive daily use in a repair workshop, it is recommended to replace the activated carbon foam every 3 to 6 weeks (or as soon as the odor retention capacity decreases), as filter saturation gradually reduces the air depression generated by the unit.
