Workshop Tip & Usage

In order to limit the after-sales return rate related to charging failures or asymmetric volume drops, recommend to the end customer regular maintenance of the metal contact pins located at the bottom of the stems and in the case cavities. The accumulation of dust or sebum can be easily removed using a cotton swab dampened with 99% isopropanol alcohol. Also remind that only the earbud sub-assembly is IP55 certified: the charging case must not be subjected to moisture or cleaned under running water.
