Device Conditions

The devices offered come in several conditions, each reflecting the level of use and the interventions carried out:

• New: The device is new and benefits directly from the manufacturer's European warranty. It has never been used and is offered in official manufacturer packaging.
• Refurbished: The device has been audited by a partner. Non-functional parts have been replaced and the battery level is guaranteed. Depending on the partner, a warranty may be offered to the retailer. Data wiping was carried out before being put on sale.
• Functional: The device has been partially tested by our teams to identify parts showing breakage. The network or battery have not been tested and may require replacement before being resold by the refurbisher. No warranty is provided, except in the event of dead on arrival. Data wiping was carried out before being put on sale. The refurbisher must inspect the device upon receipt and perform essential checks before putting it back on the market.
• To be repaired: Faults or breakages have been detected by our teams. The faults are specified on the product sheet. Data wiping was carried out before being put on sale. No warranty is associated, except in the event of a fault not indicated in the product description. Batteries are never tested and are therefore considered potentially in need of replacement.

Cosmetic Grades

Refurbished devices are classified according to grades that reflect their cosmetic condition:

• Grade A: Device in very good condition, with minimal signs of wear. It may show slight scratches or scuffs, but remains in excellent cosmetic condition.
• Grade B: Device in good condition, showing more visible signs of use, such as deeper scratches or marks.
• Grade C: Device in fair condition, with obvious signs of wear, such as marked scratches or impacts.
• Grade MIX ABC: The customer may receive a device in a random grade among A, B, or C.

Logistical note: The charging cable is not included by default, but may be present on certain stock.
