Workshop Tip & Usage

To insert or eject a SIM card tray without risking damage to the internal motherboard mechanism, ensure you introduce the metal rod perfectly straight, in the exact axis of the micro-perforation. Apply firm and continuous pressure until the tray unlocks and comes out slightly from its housing. Avoid pushing the tool in at an angle or using a makeshift object (such as a paperclip that is too thin or a needle) which could bend the internal ejection lever or scratch the smartphone chassis.
