Workshop Tip & Usage

To remove a screen without risking tearing the FPC cable connecting the panel to the motherboard, position the smartphone in the center of the lower jaw and slightly lock the side vise using the red wheel. Then attach the two suction cups to the upper part of the glass after degreasing the surface with isopropanol alcohol. Slowly rotate the upper screw: the vertical traction exerted by the suction cups creates a progressive and controlled opening at the adhesive seal. For reassembly and back glass bonding operations (type B-7000 / E-8000), remove the suction cups and use the tool as a uniform holding press while leaving the chassis clamped during the recommended curing time of 20 to 30 minutes.
